One address, read by the person who would do the engineering. No form, no queue, no routing.
The most direct route. Write in English, German or Serbian — whichever is easier; the reply comes in the language you wrote in.
office@vmdsoftwaretechnology.ioWhat helps in a first message
- The process that is causing the problem, in your own words.
- The systems involved — ERP, CRM, database, spreadsheets, whatever they are.
- What happens today, and what should happen instead.
- Whether there is a date something has to work by.
What comes back
A reply that names the systems involved and proposes a concrete first step — or says plainly if this is not work VMD should take on. No proposal deck, no discovery call before there is anything to discover.
